Alienware is an American computer hardware company under dell. It is located in Kendall Florida and once an independent company untill it was bought by dell. It competes against other computer hardware companies such as sager, VoodoPC(under HP), etc. Alienware has a call center located in Costa Rica that has won numerous awards. The company allows customers to send in their old Alienware computers in exchange for credit towards a new one.
